Job Description
Our client is a Singapore based International Investment Group who are urgently looking to recruit an IT Security Leader for their Singapore based head office.
We are searching for a talented hands-on professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and interweaving security throughout all IT services. Your security leadership, management and operations experience will help our IT services to securely scale in line with business requirements
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Develop and execute overarching security strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives
• Oversee development of security frameworks, protocols and documentation according to industry best practise
• Cultivate and support a culture of security mindfulness
• Lead activities for network infrastructure and connectivity services
• Secure enterprise information by determining security requirements; planning, implementing, and testing security systems
• Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety and compliance
• Upgrades security systems by monitoring security environment; identifying security gaps; evaluating and implementing enhancements
• Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
• Prepares system security reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
•Respond immediately to security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis
• Keeping up-to-date with the most recent technology trends and provide guidance on new technological solutions
• Develop security dash board metrics for management
Technology Experience Requirements:
• Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance and reliability
• Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation and security
• Knowledge of networking and security technologies such as, Internet Protocol Security (IPSEC), Virtual Private Network (VPN), routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, data loss prevention, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
• Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies
• Enterprise hardware: HP, IBM, Dell, Nimble
• Operating systems: Windows Server, Windows Desktop, MacOS
• Security: Sophos firewall, VPN, Symantec Antivirus, Cisco IronPort
• Switches: Dell, Cisco, HP
• Virtualisation: Microsoft Hyper-V
• Internet: Microsoft Azure, DNS, Certificates
• Microsoft desktop applications: Office Suite
• Financial applications: Bloomberg, Refinitiv
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server
• VOIP: Cisco Call Manager, Cisco IP Phone
